Regardless of how hard this may sound the time is very close when America must decided who we feed and take care of first, America or other countries. A moratorium on any and all foreign aid, regardless of it use, needs top be implimented for at least 5 years. America needs to be the one and only reciptiant of our tax dollars. And guess what after American is straight and we once again can help, we will be better appreciated. Just a thought.
