Simple Diet Plan

Before you go out and spend a ton of money on pills, surgery or these diet menu subscriptions we see on TV give this a try for a few weeks. The Three S's!

Eliminate all Salt, Sugar and Starches
Drink Plenty of Water
Two cups of Green Tea a Day
Good Multiple Vitamin plus 500mg of "TIME" Release Niacin
Go for a walk every day or night
Enjoy all the protein and grains you want.
